When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities under your account.

4. Content

CineHub provides information about movies, TV shows, and anime sourced from third-party providers (TMDB, MyAnimeList). We do not host or stream any video content. All media content rights belong to their respective owners.

5. Subscription & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

CineHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
